April 30, 2017, Keir told her mother she was taking baby Chloe to the beach to meet a friend and spend some time. Keir & Chloe never made it to Buckroe Beach which was only a short mile and a half away from her mother's residence, in Hampton, Virginia. Shortly after her mother reported her missing and police issued an amber alert for Chloe believing that both mother and child were in danger. May 14, 2017 Keir's 2013 black Kia Optima was found abandoned in the neighboring city of Newport News, Virginia at Jefferson Avenue and Arch Street. Police searched the field near the trailer park and did not recover any evidence. Further personal investigation led to multiple posts on social media by Chloe's father Carlos Johnson that stated Keir and Chloe were alive and in Texas within the first few days of her being missing. He also posted that she had been found. Those posts are now deleted except what people have screenshots of. Carlos Johnson also had dreads and went M.I.A from work the day before and a week after Keir and Chloe went missing. When he returned to social media he had a bald head and plenty of people wondering where he had been during his hiatus. Also his initial repost of the missing flier was the first and only post ever regarding the whereabouts of his missing child and her missing mother. Its been almost 3 years and little evidence has been released as to what happened to Keir and Chloe. The Hampton Police department stated they have done as much as they can but trasnferred it over to the Newport News Police Department. At the time they have failed to comment on any new evidence or leads but exclaim that they are still actively investigating the disappearanc of mother and daughter.
